Health and Safety amidst COVID-19 Pandemic

Jesus Christ, you traveled through towns and villages “curing every disease and illness.”  
At your command, the sick were made well.
Come to our aid now, in the midst of the spread of the Coronavirus,
that we might experience your healing love.
Heal those who are sick, and be with those who have died.
Heal us from our fear and pride.
Be with families who worry and grieve.
Be with medical professionals who seek to heal, placing themselves at risk.
Be with leaders of all nations. Give them wisdom.
Jesus Christ, stay with us as we persist and prepare.
In place of anxiety give us your peace.
Jesus Christ, heal us. We ask this through Christ, our Lord. Amen
